Aston Martin Social Video

A cinematic social video for Aston Martin, wherein a woman is stranded on a lifeless, dystopian planet. She comes across a bunker, where she finds the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera beneath a dusty tarp. The vehicle may as well be a spaceship and it’s her only hope for an escape. The rescue is exhilarating and impossibly smooth - just like driving an Aston Martin.

The production design concept was to create a dystopian feeling bunker that looked like it hadn’t been touched in decades - filled with dust, rust, wear and tear. I went to scrap yard a couple hours outside of Salt Lake City and filled a trailer with hundreds of pounds of cable, wire, scrap metal and rusty junk such as gasoline cans and old barrels. In the midst of this lifeless feeling set that we constructed, sat the glowing, futuristic vehicle. A symbol of untouched perfection.
